Performance features

1. The high-pressure water circuit of the road washer adopts the pneumatic actuator to control the high-pressure ball valve switch, and the auxiliary air tank at the chassis is used for air supply, which is environmental protection and energy saving and at the same time it is able to avoid secondary pollution due to oil leakage by using the hydraulic cylinder control switch. The high-pressure water circuit system is equipped with a safety valve and pressure relief valve (pressure regulating valve) for double protection.

2. The front cleaning device of the road washer is installed with the main spray lance and left and right telescopic spray lance. In addition, the telescopic spray lance is mounted with the clearance lamp, which is able to indicate the working width during operation as warning.

3. Rear atomization mechanism
The rear atomization mechanism adopts the imported atomizing nozzle, characterized by long service life, resistance to wear, and the flow of the selected nozzle is two times higher than that of the general nozzle. In addition, its spray scope is wider than the general cleaning truck, which can be used for spraying and aspirating, regulating air humidity, improving air quality and spraying air disinfectant.

4. The low pressure water circuit is controlled by the pneumatic valve, which is environmental protection and energy saving, and it can also avoid secondary pollution due to oil leakage of the cylinder control switch.

5. The cabinet of the water tank is made of and welded by high-quality carbon steel materials, and its inner surface is processed by pickling and phosphating treatment, so as to avoid corrosion on the cabinet due to water storage, thus prolonging its service life.

6. The auxiliary engine of the road washer adopts the Japan ISUZU technology, and the auxiliary engine is equipped with the dedicated maintenance-free storage battery, which not only avoids the feeding phenomenon of the chassis storage battery, but also extends its service life. The drive unit between the auxiliary engine and the high-pressure pump is set up with a dedicated transmission, so as to ensure that the high-pressure pump is able to work within the rated speed range.

7. The high-pressure pump adopts the KF36 high-pressure plunger pump manufactured by the Italian Pratissoli. This pump is equipped with the stainless steel pump head, and the novel leak-free seal design, as well as symmetrical pump crankcase design and patented shape design, thereby guaranteeing highly-efficient thermal dissipation and greatly extending the service life of oil fluid and crankshaft, which is stable in performance and superior in durability.

8. The hydraulic system of the cleaning truck adopts the international imported or domestic well-known brand products to ensure excellent performance and reliable operation; the hydraulic piping uses the German standard "cone- O" seal structural form, which is featured with superior anti-seismic effects and high sealing reliability; the inner surface of the hydraulic piping utilizes the pickling coupled with multiple cycles of flushing treatment process to ensure a high degree of cleanness of the oil circuit; minimizing the system failure rate.

9. The cleaning truck applies the Dongfeng dedicated Class B chassis with low failure rate, long service life and superior durability. The cab is provided with the turnkey interiors, interiorly installed with air conditioning and speaker system, which improve the quality of the driver's working environment.
