Hydraulic Dynamic Compaction
According to the market demands and based on many years experience in the production of lifting, compacting and tamping equipments, Zhengzhou Yutong Heavy industries has developed YTQH series hydraulic dynamic compaction which is a special tamping equipment.
Performance features
1. Hydraulic drive system
Hydraulic dynamic compaction adopts hydraulic drive system. With smaller overall size and largely decreased dead-weight, the compaction machine has smaller ground pressure and better passing ability. Its hydraulic energy-saving technology significantly reduces the engine’s fuel consumption. Meanwhile, the hydraulic control is easy, flexible and efficient to operate and convenient to combine with the electrical control, which help to improve the automatic control level for the whole machine.
2. Strong power system
Hydraulic crawler type dynamic compaction machine adopts a 294 kilowatts Weichai diesel engine with strong power, which can meet National III Emission Standard. Meanwhile, it is equipped with a 2X130 kW high-power variable main pump with high transmission efficiency and two high-intensity main winches, which can effectively extend the working time and improve the working efficiency.
3. Reinforced chassis mechanism
Hydraulic dynamic compaction adopts special reinforced chassis mechanism with good stability during working; the transitions transport is convenient and the transportation costs can be reduced.
4. Multi-level security devices
Dynamic compaction machine is equipped with multi-level safety protection, electric combination instrument, integrated control of engine data and automatic alarm. In order to ensure safe and reliable operation, the machine is equipped with slewing locking device for rotary table, anti-overturn device for cargo boom, over-winding prevention for winches, lifting limit micro-switch and other safety devices.
5. Beautiful appearance and comfortable ride.
Hydraulic dynamic compaction has well-designed appearance and modern shape; the cab, mounted with shock absorption device, has broad vision and beautiful appearance. It is equipped with protection net and pilot controlled system, the operation of which is easy and flexible and can effectively relieve driver's fatigue; meanwhile, the cab is equipped with damping seat, electric fan and heating equipment and optionally provides MP3 player; the operation is comfortable and the working environment is good.
