The trusswork of bridge inspection platform is made of high-strength rectangular tube imported from Germany. The complete set of software and hardware of electrical control system adopt products imported from Italy 3B6 Company; hydraulic system is provided with components imported from Germany HAVE, Italy RR, OilControl, Denmark Danfoss and other international well-known manufacturers; the standby power is imported from Honda. The under bridge inspection truck has taken a five-day reliability test.

2. High safety
The key positions of the bridge inspection platform have three limit switches, including mechanical limit switch, hydraulic limit switch and electrical limit switch, and they can be interlocked when the operator gets on and off the vehicle. Yutong independently developed the automatic oil filling module to ensure the security of the vehicle’s hydraulic system. Operator can know the operating conditions in time through monitoring system. In order to prevent dangerous working conditions caused by strong wind, the under bridge inspection truck is equipped with wind speed monitor.
3. High working efficiency
By adopting standard large-power generator, the bridge inspection platform is able to provide independent power for the detection and construction under the bridge. It is also featured with strong self-propelled capacity during operation.
4. Humanized design
The under bridge inspection truck can be unfolded directly on the ground without getting on the bridge, so it is convenient for routine maintenance. The passageway of working platform adopts non-barrier design.
