Performance features
1. The vacuum pump of the sewage suction truck adopts the truck-mounted pump provided by the professional manufacturer, which is featured with compact enclosure, low rotation speed (energy saving), high vacuum degree (its vacuum degree is up to 99.6%), wide operating pressure range (its absolute limit working pressure is ranging from 200 to 8500Pa), low noise, low power consumption and high efficiency, etc.
2. The sealing elements for the key components of the hydraulic hoisting system are made of imported parts, while the double-acting lift cylinder and control valve adopt the domestic well-known brand products.
3. The tank body is cylindrical and the end socket is oval, so that the tank body is subject to uniform stress.
4. As the tank is mounted with the transverse swash plates to reduce the impact on the tank during the driving process of the vacuum sewage suction truck, thereby ensuring the smooth running of the vehicle; additionally, the inner surface of the tank is provided with stiffening rings to ensure that there is no deformation and deflation on the tank body under negative pressure pumping state. Besides, the interior part of the tank has been carried out antiseptic treatment to effectively prevent corrosion on the tank by medium.
5. The air exhaust piping at the top of the tank is mounted with the anti-spill valve, which can effectively prevent dirt into the vacuum pump of the pneumatic circuit and spills.
