Performance features
1. The lorry crane adopts hexagonal boom technology with good centering performance and high flexural strength; the machine is featured with high strength, low weight and good hoisting capacity by adopting high-strength special steel.
2. The truck-mounted crane is equipped with strong undercarriage and turntable which are 10% larger than those produced by other manufacturers. So that it is featured with safer hoisting performance, larger hoisting capacity and long service life.
3. The design of 360 ° full-rotating facilitates the usage and maximizes the working efficiency.
The operation levers posted with visualized marks are installed at both sides of the crane, which provide a convenient operation. The operation of standard lever is extremely easy without operation fatigue.
4. Booms adopt synchronous retraction mode which is featured with high speed and high efficiency; and at the same time it is able to increase hoisting capacity and extend crane's service life.
5. The truck-mounted crane adopts large displacement oil pump. When the engine is running at idle, the operating device can run quickly to save energy and fuel, and create greater value for the customer.
6. Hydraulic system can be interlocked when the operator gets on and off the crane, in order to avoid misoperation and ensure safe and reliable operation.
7. Optimized high-level sub-frame structure improves the strength of the frame.
8. Through cooperation with chassis manufacturers such as Dongfeng, the chassis performance parameters can be reasonably matched with the truck loader crane performance parameters, which help to greatly increase the overall operation performance of the crane.
