1. YTR230D/YTR300D rotary blasthole drilling rig adopts parallelogram structure of dual boom, which is featured with good flexibility and high construction efficiency. At the same time, torsional capacity of luffing mechanism is enhanced to make it more suitable for hard rock construction in the southwest region.
2. Power head adopts two sets of motors and two-speed reducer to realize powerful and safe operation and high transmission efficiency; three level controls can be chosen according to various soil layers and operation conditions to greatly enhance the construction efficiency.
3. Impact winch is fitted with freefall releasing reducer. When confronting with hard rock, the impact winch can break rock and then collect broken bits with the drilling bucket, which will improve rock breaking efficiency; when facing with pebble bed construction, the impact winch can be used for percussion and squeezing to form protection wall; When confronted with backfill soil construction, the impact winch can be used for percussion and compaction to form solid protection wall and avoid landslides.
4. The rotary drilling rig is equipped with telescopic chassis to meet various transportation conditions and widen the whole machine to 4.3m at work and enhance machine stability and construction safety;
5. Casing tube is optional, which may help to carry out the full casing tube construction method;
6. The main winch positioned in the rear adopts stretched large diameter drum to realize the single layer steel rope winding, which can greatly increase the service life of steel rope.
7. The YTR230D/YTR300D rotary blasthole drilling rig adopts centralized lubrication to realize easy maintenance and enhance its detachability and serviceability.
8. Forehead oil cylinder is added to realize automatic folding mast of the pulley yoke, reduce labor intensity and increase work efficiency.
9. Supporting oil cylinder is additionally fitted to realize supporting when the impact winch is at work so that the machine is more stable by reducing vibration.
