1. The complete machine is equipped with CAT 329D telescopic chassis. The complete machine can be moved to other sites easily under general transport conditions, because the width of complete machine during transport period is only 3 m. The width of complete machine during working period is 4.3 m, providing good stability during working period. With excellent dynamic performance and fuel economy, CAT C-7 EFI all-electric control engine can provide a powerful source of power for the machine.
The YTR200C rotary blasthole drilling rig adopts CAT 329D telescopic chassis. The width of the machine during transport period is only 3 m, so that the complete machine can be moved to other sites easily under general transport conditions. The width of the machine during working is 4.3m, which can provide good stability during operation. CAT C-7 EFI all-electric control engine, with good dynamic performance and fuel economy, is the strong power source for the drilling rig.

2. Hydraulic system:
The main oil circuit adopts advanced negative flow control technology to realize the flow distribution as needed. In addition, the superposition of constant power and electric power maximize the use of engine power.
Auxiliary oil circuit introduces international advanced load sensing control system, which realize the best match between pump’s output power and load of each working condition.
The hydraulic system, with pilot proportional control valve, is high efficient and energy-saving and has high control accuracy.
Unique cooling system can automatically adjust the fan speed according to the working condition, to ensure the thermal equilibrium.
Hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, hydraulic valves and fittings adopt international brand products, realizing the high reliability of the system.

3. In addition to the standard drilling tools, we also provide a variety of soil bucket, drilling-bucket, and short spiral and so on.

4. Besides the above drilling tools, our company also provides various kinds of drill bit for large reamer of various specifications, which are convenient for setting down pile casing during the construction. Maximum drilling diameter: Φ1500 mm (with casing pipe) and Φ1800 mm (no casing pipe).

5. New technologies and new features
(1)The rotary blasthole drilling rig is equipped with forehead cylinder, through which the pulley-yoke can fold the mast automatically, so as to reduce labor intensity and improve work efficiency.
(2) The drilling rig adopts most advanced electronic leveling device which can switch between manual operation and automatic operation; it is capable of real-time monitoring the mast and carrying out automatic adjustment to ensure the mast is always in the vertical state during construction operation, and this can effectively ensure the pile-hole verticality meets the requirement of the engineering;
(3) PLC electronic control system is self-developed and its main components are imported, with stable performance. High-precision detection of mast angle (accuracy ≤0.1 degrees) and depth detection precision of 1.5‰, as well as rotation detection accuracy of ± 0.05 fully guarantee the quality of construction.
