Performance features
1. The series YTR150D rotary blasthole drilling rig is equipped with with Doosan DH225 top carriage and self-manufactured undercarriage. It is easy to realize construction site transition in common transportation conditions as its width is 3.1m. During operation, its stretched width is 4.1m, which maintain good working stability. Doosan DE08TIS type 120kW engine, with excellent dynamic performance and fuel economy, can provide the rotary drilling rig with a powerful source.
2. The main components of the rotary blasthole drilling rig are imported from international manufacturers. The main equipment controls adopts products manufactured by Germany GRAF, Finland EPEPC, South Korea Doosan and Rexroth, which guarantee the performance and quality of the whole machine.
3. Doosan hydraulic system is used as the hydraulic system with hydraulic pilot control loop.
4. The main oil circuit of the rotary blasthole drilling rig uses an advanced negative flow control which may realize on-demand supply of flow. Meanwhile through superimposed constant power and electrical power override control, engine power can be made full use of; auxiliary oil circuit adopts internationally-advanced load sensing control system to achieve the best match with the pump output power and loads in various operating conditions.
5. The operation is controlled by hydraulic pilot manner with proportional action, which is featured with high efficiency, energy saving and high control precision.
6. Unique cooling system can maintain thermal equilibrium of the rotary drilling rig by automatically adjust the fan speed according to the operation conditions.
7. Hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, hydraulic valves and fittings adopt products made by international famous brand to realize high reliability of the whole system.
8. The hardware system of electrical system uses original EPEC 3G CANbus controller manufactured by Finnish EPEC Oy and GRAF_ITE monitor manufactured by GRAF-SYTECO; the software system of electrical system can automatically detect and adjust mast and control its verticality and drilling depth, automatically return and position, automatically erect the mast and control chassis, auxiliary winch and display human-machine interface work status parameters. The rotary blasthole drilling rig with Doosan chassis provides easy, flexible, accurate, reliable, safe and comfortable operation.
9. The mast adopts box-shaped steel structure to ensure great torsional performance and strong stiffness, which can realize automatic erection of mast and automatic lowering and placing.
10. In addition to standard drilling jig, optional devices include various specifications buckets, bailer buckets and short spiral make it possible to drill claypan layer, gravel layer, pebbles layer and weathered mudstone layer.
11. The machine is convenient for construction site transition for its compact structure and flexible operation.
