The width of the machine during transport period is only 3 m, so that the complete machine can be moved to other sites easily under general transport conditions. The width of complete machine during working period is 4.3 m, which is featured with good stability during working period.

2. The main components of the YTR120C rotary blasthole drilling rig are imported from international manufacturers. The main equipment controls adopts products manufactured by Germany GRAF, Finland EPEPC, South Korea Doosan and Rexroth, which guarantee the performance and quality of the whole machine.

3. Power transmission system adopts intelligent control. In order to meet the performance requirements of high quality and high reliability, our company develops programmable control system by absorbing the characteristics of components and parts manufactured by international famous companies. The software system can automatically detect and control the lowering of mast, drilling depth, positioning of automatic rotation, automatically erecting of mast, control of chassis and parameter display of work status of man-machine interface work status, which is able to realize switchover between all functions effectively and perfectly. Traveling part is equipped with built-in type planetary reducer. Main winch and auxiliary winch are equipped with over-rolling protection device and safety limit device, as well as multiple security measures, which help to realize controllable free falling. Power head can automatically change the drilling and rotary speed according to the geological conditions of ground, with speed range of 6-28 rpm and torque range of 120 kN.m-90 kN.m.

4. The mast adopts box-shaped steel structure. With its unique internal structure and strong stiffness, it can ensure strong torsional performance and fully realize automatically erecting and automatically lowering of the mast.

5. Besides the standard drill rod, the hydraulic drilling rig is also equipped with friction-type and Kelly drill rods, with longest length of 11.3 m and maximum torque bearing capacity reaching 120 kN.m.
